Cancellation Policy
All consultations must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or via email. Same-day appointments may be accommodated based on availability. All consultations are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance Duration Standard consultations last 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the service selected. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice may also incur a fee. Confidentiality All discussions during consultations are confidential and will not be shared without written permission.
